Welcome to Promise Padel

We’re a small team based in Twickenham, Greater London on a mission to make padel more accessible and affordable for everyone.I first discovered padel while travelling in Sydney. The rallies were quick, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it brought people together in a way no other sport had. Young and old, beginners and experienced players all shared the same court and simply enjoyed the game, and for me, it quickly became something that had such a positive impact on my mental health.

When I came back to the UK, I realised something wasn’t right. Padel was growing fast, but the cost of getting started was putting people off before they even picked up a racket. That didn’t sit right with me.

So Promise Padel was created.

A brand built on connection, purpose, and keeping our promise to the sport and the people who play it.

We’re not a big corporation, just a small team with a big passion for helping more people fall in love with padel. 

 

Our Story

Padel came into my life at a time when I really needed it. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in my early 20s, I struggled with both physical and mental health. Then padel came along. Recently, discovering padel has given me an outlet, a way to clear my head, meet people, and feel balanced again.

That feeling of connection is what inspired Promise Padel.

I wanted to build more than a shop. I wanted to build a community where people feel supported, welcomed and encouraged. That’s also why we support Sport in Mind, with the option for customers to donate to the charity through our store and help make sport more accessible for mental wellbeing.
